Culture Change

Often a growing company is evolving their culture and adapting to new people and systems as the company transitions. Ensuring the staff stays connected to the values and the goals are essential to keep a thriving healthy company. Culture is impacted from external and internal factors.

External influences: economy, technology, politics, regulation, labor shifts, societal shifts, demographic changes etc…

Culture Building

The values and core beliefs become incredibly important in this process.

This is the blueprint that you will continue to refer back to and the compass for the shared experience that people will have either as a client, employee or a member of the community.

The consistency and ability to continue to review and adjust to navigating changing external forces and transitioning internal forces is key. The leadership is setting the course and the team is making the adjustments necessary to get to that destination.

When the culture is healthy all levels of the organization are communicating and keeping actions focused on the outcome.

Good questions to ask:

1) People - do you have the right people in the right roles for the current or changing company?

2) Values- What are those values that guide you?

3) Action- Are you consistently practicing being in the right relationships and being guided by your values?
